Serendipity offers you a holistic approach to health care. The practice, which is located in Reading, Berkshire is run by Sarah Finch, who is a qualified Reflexologist and a Member of the Association of Reflexologists. The holistic approach takes into account your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing and treats you as a whole person rather than your symptoms in isolation. Through the use of complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and EFT, I can support you in achieving optimal health for your individual circumstances.

Of course, you don't need to have anything 'wrong' with you to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of these treatments, as prevention is better than cure! All of the therapies that I offer are fantastic for stress relief and promoting the 'feel good' factor. For clients with existing medical conditions, these treatments are complementary to mainstream medical care and each case is considered on an individual basis to determine the best treatment plan for your needs.

Treatments are available at Total Health complementary therapy clinic in Tilehurst on alternate Friday afternoons and in Calcot to the west of Reading during the rest of the week. These locations are within easy reach of Reading Town Centre, Fords Farm, Tilehurst, Pangbourne, Southcote and Theale.
