Courses

Would you like to learn how to carry out a Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling or Indian Head Massage treatment on your family and friends? Why not book on to one of my fun, informative and inspiring courses! My courses are designed to be very hands-on with lots of practical experience. People attend them for all sorts of reasons - learning a new skill, meeting new people and finding out more about the benefits of holistic therapies. Often, people will use the experience as a 'taster' to see whether they might enjoy enrolling on a longer course or to train as a professional therapist.

There courses do not result in a professional qualification, but you will be able to use your skills to help family and friends - and yourself of course!

As well as teaching at Newbury College and New Directions in Reading, I offer private courses for between 4 and 12 people. Get a group of friends together and let me teach you how to carry out a relaxing treatment.

Alternatively, why not arrange a session for your work colleagues - an excellent team-building exercise. Prices vary according to location, length of course and numbers, so please contact me for details.

Healing Arts
A ten week course, running on Thursday evenings from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. This course covers a combination of 3 x Healing Arts and aims to introduce adult learners to the principles of Reflexology, Meditation and Reiki and to teach them some basic techniques to enable them to carry out healing treatments on family and friends. You will meet all three tutors in the first lesson. We will discuss our specialisms and explain how the subjects will be structured over the 10 week course (3 weeks will be spent on each area).

Course 1 - starts Thursday 7th October 2010 until 16th December 2010. Course code WRH017L.

Course 2 - starts Thursday 13th January 2011 until 24th March 2011. Course code WRH018L.
