About Your Therapist
Sarah Finch MAR trained in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling at the Oxford School of Reflexology. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and am also registered with the National Health Service on the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. Since qualifying as a Reflexologist in 2004, I have attended many additional courses to increase my skills and improve my personal and professional development. Please see below for a list of my training.

Before training as a reflexologist, I worked for many years in the IT industry. This means that I am well-placed to understand the effects that stress in the workplace can bring and believe from my own personal experience that complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and EFT can help to relieve the effects of stress. I am the mother of two teenage children, so can empathise with the joys and challenges faced by parents in today's society.

As well as practicing Reflexology, I am an Adult and Community Learning tutor at Newbury College and New Directions in Reading, where I teach classes in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. These fun and informal classes give you the skills needed to be able to carry out a simple treatment on your family and friends.
